Admin Assistant HR Admin Kuwait active The Role The Admin Assistant will report to and support a designated manager and business function in order to achieve overall business objectives. Within this role you will Respond to phone calls and address customers concerns professionally Take full responsibility for dealing with customer complaints and queries Communicate with the store and the operations team Escalate issues to the management and ensure that all the issues are resolved within the given time frame Must be able to prepare and update daily reports and KPIs for the management May be required to visit outofoffice sites on a necessary basis only Qualificationsamp Requirements Good computer skills especially in Excel knowledge in formulas functions data entry etc. A minimum of 1 years experience in an administrative support function Customer care experience and good interpersonal skills Strong communication in English written and spoken Excellent Arabic language is essential written and spoken Skills Good computer skills Customer care experience
