Admin, I know this does not belong here, but I am hoping you can please not delete for at least one day, as I am posting something positive for once! I just want to put a shout out and a huge thank you to Kelly Maddalozzo who went out of her way to make sure I was a happy customer. She probably doesnt think she did anything, because all she did was the right thing, but after many bad experiences with other fellow sellers on this page, I would like to tell Kelly how much I appreciate her doing what she did. After buying an item from Kelly, who came from Mission, I just noticed that an integral part was missing. I searched my home and vehicle, then contacted Kelly. Not only did she respond right away but, she got right to searching for the missing piece of this off season item. Since I know Kelly has kids, I am positive she is a busy mom like the rest of us, so this search alone, was no small task! In only a couple of days she found the part and offered to bring it to my home in Abbotsford, right away. I told her it could wait and was brought by her hubby this morning! Kelly, thank you so much, you dont even know how uncommon what you did was! I really appreciate it!
