Admin POS (Payroll & Outsourcing) Intern Location: ANZ Hanoi, 14th floor, Thang Long Building, 98 Nguy Nhu Kon Tum, Ha Noi Responsibilities: Support Human Resources (HR) Department in Coordinate with new hired employee: - Prepare all the needed document for a new employee’s on-board - Contact new hired employee to remind them to submit the required document for on-board, recheck it. - Notice the new employee about the starting working day - Other admin jobs Coordinate with current employees - Do time & attendance checking - Answer basic questions (dress code, working time, labour code) - Support other admin jobs Required qualifications: - Good organizing skill - Good excel skill (for making reports) - Capable of using scan, photocopy machines - Good English skills (reading, writing) - High responsible and pressure tolerant - Eager to learn - Good communication (deal with manager and other employees) Working time: - Part-time (mornings from Monday to Friday): 8.30am – 12pm Benefits - Working in a professional and friendly environment - Have opportunities to gain more knowledge of HR - Allowance: 2 mil Application: Send your CV via email: [email protected] Further contact: HR Department – Intern Recruiting, Tel: (08) 6291 4188, ext: 405
