Admin: Please delete if necessary. Yesterday, Friday the 12th, my amazing 7 month old pup got hit by a truck. We got her to the vets in time to prevent her from dying from shock. They fond that she had a collapsed lung, a broken femur, and a dislocated elbow. They were able to stabilize her for transport to a facility where they handle orthopedic surgeries. We received a rough quote starting at $4,000 to fix her legs. She is breathing better and better and is now urinating on her own. I am trying to find anyone or anything to help us out. They want the money upfront or they wont be able to help her. I rescued this dog off the streets and she was with me a couple months ago when I lost my other dog who had been my best friend for 6 years. I couldnt love an animal more than I love her. I just candle handle the thought of losing her just because we cant afford her orthopedic surgery. If there is ANYONE that can help us out, ANYONE, please, please contact me!
