We truly believe that some individuals possess the skill intrinsically and are destined to succeed but need the environment for growth as well as a team oriented environment to help achieve optimum success. Your day to day would be providing client advocate and support services as well as overseeing projects both small and large. You will be working with technical resources that allow you to achieve clients results. The technology and the features utilized by the client is different -- thus you have to creatively understand the tasks or project at hand -- analyze the best path and achieve results. Do you have experience? • Working in business to business support. • Providing quotes to clients. • Seeking client approval. • Working with clients through issues on their account. • Microsoft Office Suite The following roles we have seen becoming extremely successful within our organization: • Retail and business management where individuals lead of team of employees and delegate and dictate day to day as well as manage effectively the overall business and understand components on how to operate the business. • Individuals with excellent client support skills that go above and beyond for their clients and handle a good amount of client interactions per day (16-40). Individuals will need to be extremely organized and utilize tools to help organize their day and allow technology to proactively help. • Company Administrators and Legal Assistants that are required to perform repetitive functions as well as interact with clients, vendors, and staff members and effectively stay organized and meet deadlines. • Property managers who have to multitask and oversee a number of propertys, facilities people, tenants and have an understanding on how to execute and effectively ensure least problems with your properties happen and leverage resources to resolve issue at hand. **You must know how to use technology to your advantage; but, working with a tech firm is NOT required as we have had a number of individuals grow rapidly through our programs to become leaders within our organization.** **If you are open to grow and learn this is the right place for you. This will help you succeed in the long run as well as increase your ability to problem solve independently and learn the tools and resources available.** Salary (based on experience): Entry to Beginner Level (No Experience to 2 Years): $24,000-$32,000 Intermediate to Advanced Level (2 Years +): $34,000-$55,000 Room to Grow: You will be exposed to different departments and different day to day challenges.
