Admin approved post I am posting to warn people only not to start an argument. Admin are monitoring the post. It is not my intention to upset or offend anyone I just wanted to share what happened to us so that others may avoid it. My giggle collapsed a few months ago and it was sent off for repair. It came back looks fine but the same thing happened again. Again it went for repair and we havent had a problem since, since today that is. My husband called me in a panic saying the pram broke whilst he was crossing the road. He said it didnt just collapse it has actually sheered off completely. As the pram plummeted with my sleeping 2 year old he scratched his hand and it was bleeding. The crash woke my daughter up who was obviously very distressed. My husband had to take her out of the seat, drag the pram onto the pavement, go back a get the shopping that had fallen out of the basket. He then had to leave the pram and the shopping at the side of the road whilst he walked 2 blocks back to my dads house where he left my daughter screaming and crying with my dad and ran back to get the buggy and the shopping. When he got home he cuddled her and cuddled but she was still crying, he assumed it was shock as he was still shaking herself but this evening when I got home from work I saw a bruise on her face. She sleeps with her head turned sideways- always has done so as the pram has collapsed she has bashed her face on the side of the seat. I am beyond angry. It could have been worse I know but that is of little solace right now. I contacted cosatto who tried to fob me off with a THIRD repair. I asked to speak to management, I had the call another 3 times to get through to anyone. I have emailed them the pictures as requested and I am awaiting their response. They havent even apologised yet. As I said I am just posting to warn people, we were lucky this could have been a lot worse.
