Admin hat on! There has been a recent issue with Paul Bradley - TopicsExpress

Admin hat on! There has been a recent issue with Paul Bradley Collins. He sold a kit to another group member, failing to mention that the kit had been substantially started. Upon being asked for a refund by the buyer, he stated that you could see it had been started in the photo. Having seen the photo myself, it is not obvious that it had been built to the extent that it was, or how poorly it had been assembled. The upshot of it is, if the buyer had been aware of the actual condition of the kit, they wouldnt have bought it. I have PMd Paul myself, and though the message has been read, he has not responded. He has also removed himself from the group. Has anyone else had similar problems with Paul? From now on, will sellers please ensure that your descriptions of kits are 100% accurate. If a kit has been part built then state that, along with detailed pictures of the parts involved. If it has parts or decals missing or damaged, state that too. The more information you give the better. I know its a pain in the ass, but its to cover yourself as well as the buyer. As a rule, even if a kit has been checked over when I posted it, I check it again if someone shows interest in it. That way, if Ive missed something first time around, or somethings gone missing from it in the meantime, the buyer still has the option to buy it or not (even this isnt 100% foolproof though)
