Requirements Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate basic administrative experience. Inherent requirement of the job: Driver’s licence (Code B/EB). Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good typing skills. Duties (key result areas/outputs): Maintain the administration of the office of the Primary Health Care Manager including human resource development component. Attend to correspondence (mail, telephone calls, faxes, photocopy of documents) and distribute as required. Maintain an effective filing system. Manage the daily and weekly programme of the Primary Health Care Manager. Type and edit correspondence and reports. Receive visitors and arrange appointments, travel and make accommodation arrangements. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, book venues as required and act as secretariat when required.
