Requirements Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate administrative experience. Inherent requirements of the job: Willingness to work flexi-time/shifts. Relief nursing management clerk and ward clerks. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to execute duties accurately and thoroughly. Duties (key result areas/outputs): Provide office management and ward administration. Optimal support to supervisor and multi-disciplinary team. Order, receive and control of consumables and equipment. Respond to patient enquiries. Capture of data and ICD10 codes on Clinicom. Collect, compile and submit operational statistics. Instruction to applicants: Z.83 forms (obtainable from any Government department or westerncape.gov.za) must: Be completed in full, clearly reflect the name of the position, name and date of the publication (candidates may use this as reference), be signed, accompanied by a comprehensive CV, the names of three referees, and certified copies of ID, drivers licence and qualification/s.
