Administrative Assistant Saks Incorporated - New York, NY The Administrative Assistant for Saks will provide administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner to the SVP of Creative and SVP of Digital Marketing. Administrative & Logistic Support • Answer phones, handle general inquiries, relay messages to appropriate parties • Manage Outlook calendar and coordinate meetings • Order office supplies and maintain inventory; maintain office files and reference materials • Copy, fax and distribute documents • Communicate announcements, general event reminders, and policy changes to team • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, prepare itineraries/agendas, and process travel expenses • Process monthly executive business expenses • Process incoming invoices Job Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum 3-5 years of assistant experience and must be very strong in the following attributes and skills: problem solving and project management skills; attention to detail; organization; decision making ability; energetic; flexible; proactive and takes initiative; interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; and strong Internet and computer application skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Word).
