Our company (15 employees) is looking for a reliable, conscientious and detail oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant to the CEO. This is a full-time position, Saturday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM in Abu Dhabi. Compensation is AED5000-6000, depending on experience, communication skills and education. Summary of Job Description: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Administrative Assistant will perform highly responsible and confidential administrative work, exercising discretion and independent judgment in relieving the CEO of administrative detail. The Administrative Assistant must have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, administrative and organizational skills, and have a minimum of two years’ experience using Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Nature of this job requires the candidate to be quick learner, possess problem solving skills, and be confident, optimistic and adaptable to the varying needs of office tasks. The Administrative Assistant also serves as secretary to the company and a liaison between the employees and senior management. The ideal individual will have an appreciation for natural medicinal products and some experience with pharmaceutical trade and management.
