Administrator/PA to Managing Director Paignton, Devon | Salary negotiable Our client has been based in Devon for 20 years and has grown significantly in that time. We are now looking to recruit an experience Administrator/PA to provide administration and secretarial support to the Managing Director, which will also include some HR duties. This is a full time role with an immediate start. Main responsibilities: • Preparing letters, presentations and reports. • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments. • Arranging refreshments for meetings. • Organising travel arrangements - booking hotels etc. • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post on behalf of the Managing Director. • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing • Organising and attending meetings with Managing Director. • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. • HR support - general administration. Experience/Skills – Essential: • You must have experience within a similar role. • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. • You must have first class organisational skills and be able to keep accurate records. • Able to work under your own initiative and work unsupervised. • You must be computer literate, having an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Have good presentation skills. • Have a keen eye for detail with good organisational skills. • Accurate typing skills – min 35wpm. Terms: 1. Working hours will be 0900 – 1700, Monday to Friday. 2. 28 days holiday inclusive.
