Administrator & Skills Development Facilitator : Gauteng : Insurance To play a senior administrative role in our training department Minimum Requirements Qualified SDF Grade 12 Minimum of 12 months working experience as a SDF. Tertiary Education such as a Degree in Admin and/or a Diploma in HR Development will be an advantage. Advance knowledge and understanding of the WSP and ATR requirements as set out by INSETA. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel. Knowledge of the Skills Development framework (INSETA systems). Advance knowledge of the VIP payroll and skills system. Job Specification Overseeing/completing administrative services related to training, including scheduling, attendance registers, meeting minutes taking and reporting, completing of finance requisitions and handling of petty cash. Assisting with ad hoc projects. Assisting with the compiling and administering of Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) as per INSETA requirements. Coordination of materials, equipment and documentation required for training, book training venues and arrange refreshments. Coordinate internal events and training sessions when required. Co-monitor and updating of training records by using HR and Training IT Systems (VIP). Maintain and update an orderly filing system and the archiving of records. Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual training statistical reports. Administer training projects and learnerships. Load learner achievements on relevant INSETA management system when required. Recording and maintenance of the training database and the filing of in-house and external training records. Assist rolling out and implementing new policies and procedures when required. Handling all printing requests and stationary orders and perform basic quality assurance checks.
