Admit it. We wigged you out last week with all the flower eating talk regarding Gem marigolds (although, it seems Willy Wonka approved). For this week’s Grower’s Choice, we’re back in your comfort zone (okay, fine, our comfort zone) with One Ball Summer Squash. But, before you’re all like, “What’s with these people and squash?!?,” let us assure you this one is worth growing. Why, you ask? Because it’s a productive yellow summer variety that develops a green star pattern on the end if the growing conditions are just right, basically validating your skills as a gardener. Pick one up and prove to your family and friends that you do, in fact, have a green thumb.
