Adnan Khan Malcolm X so rightly pointed out - our own people are politically immature and need to grow up in this regard. So long as we are politically immature, our people will carry on getting shafted. Political immaturity is to care little and know even less about the causes of the situation i.e. the causes of tyranny/occupation/injustice/opression and rather than educate themselves about the causes they jump straight on the bandwagon / buy into media hype and pesky protest the effects of the situation i.e. the effects of tyranny/occupation/opression/ injustice. In itself this is not wrong but becomes a problem and an irony when in their various modes of pesky protest, the ignorant inadvertantly start to support the very causes (e.g. nationalism, colonisation, islamaphobia, democracy etc etc) that gave rise to the very situation and effects that they are protesting against # knowledge and education over ignorance # logic and reason over emotion :)
