"Adobe has confirmed that 2.9 million customers have had private information stolen during a "sophisticated" cyber attack on its website." - I am losing count at how times this is happening. ALL and ANY digital data CAN be hacked, probably will be hacked and very likely has thus far been hacked/collected already by the laughably Orwellian names "intelligence services", a.k.a. ministries of spies. There is NOT one single piece of data, including encrypted data that cannot be obtained by whoever desires it. We need less of this stupid ID rubbish (particularly the electronic one) rather than more. It also shows that companies/organisations should NOT be allowed to keep a single byte of info relating to us. Privacy will become a thing of the past and it is only taking us towards a more totalitarian society.
