Adopt Nova: Gorgeous & Friendly 6 Y.O. Long-Haired Tripod Cat! Nova was originally rescued in Bushwick when he followed a feral cat feeder home, jumped through the bars of her first floor apartment window, and made himself at home. He is a fearless and social cat who adores people, and loves to curl up and snuggle next to his caretaker while sleeping. He is a stunning cat! Long black fur with a white locket, and bright green eyes. What truly makes him stand apart is his birth defect - he is missing his back right paw, so hes a tripod kitty. This does not affect his life in any way - he hops along and keeps up with his foster friends. He even sits up and begs for attention! We swear that we did not teach him this trick - he just loves attention and head rubs! Nova is OK with other friendly cats, especially girl cats (he loves the ladies), but we think hed do OK as a single boy as well. Hes very laid back, and is happy hanging out on a window sill or sunspot. Nova is neutered, vaccinated, FIV/FeLV negative, and microchipped.
