He lived with his mom Elizabeth and dad, Burt until his mom developed Leukemia when Kurt was 5. It was a rough year on all of them, when Kurt turned 6 she died. After that things change for the Hummel family, Kurt started to develop feelings for the male gender but kept it a secret until high school. Thats when the nightmare begins; High School. The place where people are supposed to find themselves, only Kurt found out that he was indeed different from other teenagers. His skin started to slowly change blue day by day and his senses became more and more alert. He used foundation to cover up his skin but then people started to notice. When he told his dad he took him to the hospital where they took him to this doctor that specializes with his so called problems. When the doctor tries to stick a needle in him he teleported across the room. Thats when I found out he was a mutant. Not only did he teleport but he shifted into a bat. From that a day on he kept his gift a secret and pretend to be weak and fragile. It was the last week of high school when I found out that he was adopted and something inside him snapped. Furious after he graduated he took off to Gotham, not caring to hide his true appearance. When he found out who his real dad was he want to know the truth and Bruce told him. He told him his mom. And how she was a mutant. But he didnt know her name. And about how Hydra stole him from Bruce to experiment on him. And thats how he can teleport.
