Adoption Update - 1/5/2015 Happy New Year to everyone and especially to four of our shelter cats who found homes this past week. Congratulations to Dusty, our handsome, 8-year old fellow, who was the first adoption of 2015! And to Kelliko, our sweet little girl, who gets to welcome the New Year in her very own home. Much love and happiness coming your way, Dusty and Kelliko. And what a way to end our week with the special adoption of two of our third-floor cats, Sebastian and Dutch, who have been with us for over seven years. Both of these boys came to us as youngsters and had developed a very special bond with each other - Margaret and Alan, their new mom and dad, realized that they had room in their hearts to give them the home they have been waiting for. There were lots of happy tears as we packed all their belongings and said good-bye as they left the shelter. Margaret and Alan, we cant thank you enough for giving Sebastian and Dutch a new beginning - we will miss our boys, but couldnt be happier for them.
