Dilute Calico Girl. Special Needs. Nell is a fearless and social dilute calico girl, with gorgeous fur and intelligent bright gold eyes. She was rescued from the ACC kill list as a desperate starving cat, and she thrived in foster care. Now shes a fat and happy diva who is the queen of her foster household! Nell adores people, and is delighted to greet your friends when you have company over. Shes a talkative girl, and a devoted bed kitty. Nell loves wet food, cat nip, being nosy, and sleeping on pillows. Shes OK with other cats, as long as they let her run the household. Nell is special needs because she has a 3/6 heart murmur and requires a daily med. She happily takes her med in pill pockets or in her food. Her heart medications cost less than $10/month and BBAWC can provide a several months supply. Nell has seen our cardiologist twice; and he states she can likely live a long life with her daily medications and regular check-ups. BBAWC will cover the expense of her next cardiologist check-up, to ensure her medication dosage is up to date. Nell is 3 years old, spayed, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV negative, and microchipped.
