Adrian Rogers offers some other practical thoughts on redeeming the time: (1) Learn to live in the eternal now. Today is the only day you have. Redeem the time. (2) Stop saying, “If I had time.” You do have time. (3) Stop worrying about tomorrow, and stop waiting for tomorrow. Give God today, and He will take care of tomorrow. (4) Cut yourself loose from the past. Bury your failure in the grave of God’s forgetfulness (read Mic 7:18-19, Isa 43:25, 44:22), and let Him give you a brand new day. (5) If you have not accepted Christ, Behold, now is the acceptable TIME (kairos). Behold, now is the DAY of salvation. (2Cor 6:2)
