Try it, then come back to this post and tell us how many rollouts you did. This is soooooo hard 1⃣Balance on the BOSU and Stability Ball before you start moving. 2⃣Keep your hips neutral, dont let your hips sag. 3⃣Keep your knees extended and butt squeezed. 4⃣Roll the ball out and back in and go as far out as you can without letting the hips sag.
