Advanced Scaffolders – APLNG Curtis Island CB&I is a global leader in the engineering, procurement and construction of some of the world’s largest energy infrastructure projects. In Australia we are currently involved in many high profile LNG projects, including work on Gorgon, Wheatstone, APLNG as well as various others. The Project CB&I are currently working on the awarded contract to design, fabricate, supply and construct two 160,000 cubic meter LNG tanks and a handful of miscellaneous tanks as a part of the Australia Pacific LNG facility on Curtis Island. The construction of the LNG tanks consists of a nickel inner and a carbon steel outer shell and utilizes a range of welding technology including SMAW, FCAW, SAW, Inner shield and MIG. We require Advanced Scaffolders to help make this project a success.
