Advanced notice that the gym will be closed all weekend (Saturday and Sunday) due to the Adelaide Sports & Fitness Expo and Crossfit Regionals over in Sydney. If you cant make it to Wollongong to see Amanda and Steph crushing it out in the Individual Womens comp you can follow all the action at games.crossfit/ where there is a live leaderboard and a lot of the action will be streaming live all weekend. Otherwise get down to the expo and poke your head into the Crossfit booth and check out the demo/comp going on over the weekend
