Advanced training techniques instructional video on how to do an enema by Jordan Blaikie Liver Flush Man. Before inserting the tip of your enema bulb/gag/bucket add a bit of coconut oil or other oil for lubrication. Once inserted contract the perineum muscle located between the genitals and anus as this will allow the intestines to hold in the enema liquid and keep it from prematurely releasing. You will also want to breath with your diaphragm as you do this. Once you have taking approximately 48oz of liquid do a head stand against a wall for support and begin taking deep breaths. Stay in this head stand position for 2-5 minutes and keep breathing. Let all the air out of your diaphragm and hold to allow the intestines to push the liquid further into your intestines. You can also do inversions by laying on your back and putting your feet over your head. Then stand up and bend over at the waist as if reaching for the toes and then grab your belly with your hand and begin massaging the intestines making circular motions, rolls and shakes. Mean while all the time continue contracting the perineum muscle. If you can try doing stomach rolls and another head stand.
