Advantage Gym X-Fit News This Sunday (30th November, 2014) we’ll be having a get together with a couple of peeps from CrossFit Taupo. The theme will be to mix and mingle while having a bit of fun. Gary is going to facilitate Olympic lifting then incorporate what we’ve learnt into partner/team WOD’s. After our session, we’ll then shoot to the pub for some well deserved kai and replenishments lol. Start time: 10am Cost: Free All X-Fit members (Or potential members) welcome. See ya then:)
