Advertisement Notice: Advertisement Notice: Application are hereby Invited from eligible candidates for engagement against the contractual position of one number "Accounts cum clerk in each district viz, Sringar, Budgam, Anantnag, Pulwama, Kulgam, Shopian, Ganderbal, Baramulla, Bandipora, Kupwara, Leh & Kargil for period of 1 year under centrally Sponsored scheme "Support to the state extension programme for extension reforms)ATMA SCHEME. Eligibility and other conditions of engagement are as under: Eligibility Criteria: 1) Should be permanent Resident of JK STATE 2) Must be Gradate , Preferably B with 60% Marks in aggregate 3) Must have an experience of 3 year with at least pay scale of Rs 5200-20200+2400 or Equivalent in a Govt /Semi Govt Organisation in relevant Field. 4) Candidate can apply for engagement only in one district from where he/she belongs to as reflected in Permanent residence certificate. Terms and Conditions: 1) Candidate shall have to work on Contractual basis and shall not claim any permanent employment 2) Shall be given a consolidated pay of Rs13500 per Month 3) Contract period is one year and can be extended based on performance. 4) Position is Temporarily and non transferable 5) Employment is subjected to Availability of Funds under the scheme. 6) Service of selected candidtae can be terminated with one month notice period in advance if work and conduct is not found satisfactory during employment. 7) Contract shall be deemed cancelled/terminated once scheme is withdrawn by Govt of India or State Govt. 8) Seleted candidate have to givr undertaken that he/she shall work in district for which selected 9) No TA/DA shall b e paid for candidates appearing for interview. Application Procedure: 1) The application on the prescribed format which shall be available with all Chief agriculture officers, of this Directorate duly filled in by the candidate along with the attested copies of Qualification, Experience and Character Certificate, should be submitted in the Office of the Chairman ATMA Management Comitee (Chief Agriculture Office) of the Concerned District on any working day by or before 05-09-2013.
