Advice .. I was hired from the Philippines and under visa 18 from company. Salary is only 150 and no free accommodation . I went to Shoun for release but advised me to cancel iqama or finish one year contract. I wanna leave company for so many reasons that i cannot further detail here. I resigned and stopped working for a month now as i already signed a new contract with a new company and will start March 23rd. Now my current employer is asking me to go back to work and stay for 2-3 years more. Im a bachelors degree holder. My boss is threatening me that he will cancel iqama and ban me to all gulf countries. Is that even possible? @E.V.
