There is reported fire activity in the HAZELWOOD SOUTH in the vicinity of Farrans Road and Boldings Road and the fire is currently under control. Crews will remain patrolling the area throughout the evening. There is no threat to communities. Smoke will be visible from nearby communities and roads. The next update is expected by 23/01/14 12:00 PM or as the situation changes. Safety Information: Review your bushfire survival plan. If you do not have a plan, decide what you will do if the situation changes. If you have time check your neighbours to see if they are monitoring conditions.
