Advice Please! Repost from Ashley Question...post if youd like. I have a 4 yr old and a 16 month old and would like to get pregnant. Im still nursing 16month old w no intention or signs of weaning. He nurses 4-8 times per day. Im pretty sure I have a short luteal phase and actually used progesterone cream topically before we conceived our second after no trouble w the first. Ive read Vitex or chaste berry is helpful, but not sure how and when to take it. Anything else I can do to help w fertility while nursing? Ive had 6 cycles post partem and eat a healthy diet. Also take a mother and child supplement and exercise regularly. TIA:)
