Advice Please! Repost from Kelly Looking for advice: Has anyone used Grapefruit seed extract on thrush? I found to versions at the store. One doesnt state Citricidal, but says to dilute 5-10 drops in 1 ounce water. The other does say Citricidal, but says to dilute 1 drop in 1 ounce water. Jack Newmans protocol says to put 5-10 drops of Citricidal GSE in 1 oz water. My question, Is it safe to use the GSE that says Citricidal for this treatment? Even though the bottle states to dilute only 1 drop in 1 oz. Can I put 5 drops? Or should I have bought the other bottle that didnt say Citricidal. I just dont want to do anything wrong that hurts my nipple even more or makes my baby sick...
