Advice needed: What are the next steps for super noisy and inconsiderate neighbours? ......The first time that we complained to the landlord, we had a social worker contact us afterwards and told us that if theyre too noisy to deal with her before the landlord. Theyre new in canada and dont know our customs yet., she says. This was at the beginning of summer. I doubt whatever country theyre from has the custom of banging on floors and walls and telling like banshees 24/7. But who am I to say? Ill spare the rest of the details and just say that Ive complained to the landlord, Ive complained to their social worker. I have also complained to the message relay service for a combination of more than a dozen times. Nothing is being done. What are my next steps besides moving, because unfortunately we cant afford it just this second.
