Advice please! Later today Ill start my cactus and succulent adventure by sowing several seeds. I have a small plastic green house, proper cactus/succulent soil, fertilizer and a electric heating pad. Being a beginner at this, I have a couple of questions which I hope you will kindly help me with. :) My guess is that I moist the soil a little before planting the seeds, right? But when do I water again? And I shall not use the fertilizer until they have grown for a couple of months, right? I will place them in my window sill on the heating pad, so they will get the little daylight we have here and the warmth from the pad. The seeds that Ive bought are: The mexican round cactus - dont have proper name Frithia pulchra Melocactus matanzanus - Cuban melon cactus Carpobrotus edulis - Fig cactus Pleiospilos nelil - A succulent called Living granit See photos! :) I thank you all in advance and for your inspiration with all your lovely photos of your own cactus!
