Advice please! eBay pay in bum stuff! I accidentally sent Davinci Resolve to someone thinking they had paid. When in fact I sent him CS6 and Davinci to the CS6 man. Lovely Frenchman returned Resolve and is super patient but English man who has the CS6 wont return it. He admits he has it. Admits he didnt but it. He said he wont return it until I prove its me who sent it. I emailed him the serial on the box but hasnt replied. What steps can I do to get it back? He admits its not his. I have proved its mine but wont return it. I have his name and address. By the way this is in England so I am talking UK law.
