Advice please, my son seems to have a dicky tummy. He stayed with relatives last wkend & within 12 hrs of him being home he had 3 dirty nappies - was horrendous, very very messy & extremely smelly (sorry for tmi) following day he couldnt keep anything down bless him. Hes been feeding from me non stop & off his solids. He seems fine in himself just a bit clingy. Since 7am I have had to change 3 nappies... Mostly breast milk. Hes drinking lots of water so Im not overly worried but wondering whats best to give him to help fight any nasties he has caught causing this. Many thanks
