Advise please - I do not live on post, however, my yard butts up to a home where a military family lived before transferring/deploying somewhere. The family did not sell their home and still has items in it. My question is this: how can I find out where they are or get a message to them about their lawn that is in desperate need of maintenance? Neighbors have cut it periodically but right now it needs more than a riding mower can handle. With snakes and rodents being an issue now, it has become a problem. I have already contacted the county to see if they will come cut it and bill their taxes but our county doesnt do that anymore.....
