This last day of Winter is a day of release. The Moon in Scorpio supports this action... Pluto, Scorpios ruler and a major player in the upcoming Cardinal Grand Cross, has a special message for us that has come to us through astrologer Caroline Casey: Sacred. which devrives from the word sacer...came to mean autonomous journeying beyond conventional boundaries...To find your own authentic path, you must leave the coziness of the known...and head out beyond the sacer signs. Stepping out into the wilderness is terrifying---evolution is high stress... These have been intense times!!! It may be hard to find peace. Seeeeooo...Sticking our heads up our asses to avoid hearing Spirit is not a smart plan! ;) The fact is that change is coming anyway. It can be frustrating time, too, if we are trying to push an external agenda. It is time to really manage our internal power with finesse. Where are we putting our power? We are moving toward even more tense times, we get closer to the culmination of this Grand Cross. We HAVE to be aligned correctly with our internal truth if we are going to do well. I know that you want me to tell you that all is fantastic, and things are going to be rosy. I wish someone could tell ME that! But only I can tell me that, and only YOU can give YOURSELF that gift. It is a CHOICE now. Whatever is blocking us from stepping into our highest vibration will do well to be let go of today. Surrender is not giving up! It is not LOSING. It is being with what IS. It is being with ourselves. There is so much more for us than there may appear to be yet. Moon in Scorpio reminds us that in order to go higher, we have to address our so called lower selves as well. We have to get right with relationships, desires, and deeper drives. In my tradition of Thelema, each year is assigned a tarot card. It is said that at the Equinox, we are moving out of the year of the Universe and into the year of the FOOL! What wonderful news this is! A whole new beginning! That this new year happens so close before the Cardinal Grand Cross is so very exciting; as Sol moves into Aries, we have an opportunity to start things new. We can step into innocence (which, by the way, is not ignorance or naivete!), and free ourselves from Old Aeon stories and doodillie-doo. Consider changing the rules, changing the schedule, changing the focus. Even small changes can open doors. There is a wonderful new path waiting for us!
