Affordable Housing in the Arts District! One Santa Fe will offer brand new studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments that will rent for approximately half the current market rate for households that qualify. There is a government-regulated selection process based on income and other criteria. Applications and eligibility criteria will be available in the spring/summer of 2014. Attend an Affordable Housing Info Session for Artists to learn more about this opportunity, how eligibility is determined and what you need to do now to prepare to apply. The Affordable Housing Partnership for Artists seeks to ensure our artists and creative community have all the necessary information to enter the selection process. There are two workshops - one on Monday, March 24 at Art Share-LA and the other on Thursday, March 27 at The Actors Fund.
