We are specialized in repairs of Notebook spares and have major strategic tie up with Compal, Quanta and ECS. Our senior engineers are specially trained by these manufacturers up to Level 4 (L4) standard and critically tested on performance. Our engineers are completely updated with ESD norms and its precautions so that they can take care of the spares given for repairs by our customers. The machineries used for the repairs of spares for Notebooks are: Fonton 936A BGA Machine Fonton 935A BGA Machine Xytronics Soldering Station JBC De-soldering Station Battery Charging Unit Specialized Debug Cards for specific activities Other accessories viz. BGA Paste, Solder wire, Solder wick, etc We have also undergone the standards of ROHS and are equipped resources to handle the new generation spares. The spares repaired by us for Notebooks are as follows: PCB Sets Adapters Batteries Optical Disk Drives (ODD) LCD Panel Keyboards Continuously our RND team is in action to provide the finest repairs for our customers with an immense focus on QUALITY. They are on their toes to get the latest updates on the new coming technologies and update our engineers on all locations. We have a very hardcore procurement team which has a continuous link with our parent company, Acctel Ltd in Taiwan and in turn with the major IC/component manufacturer in China. They work hard to collect BOM for the new coming spares and then create a list of the IC/component vendors who can supply to our requirements and then create a ROL and MOQ and procure the components and equipments for a quality repairs. Our logistics team monitors the SLA with customers, day in and day out and does their best to maintain the same. They maintain ESD norms in their packaging and handling. We have tied up with AFL Logistics for IN TIME delivery for our customers as we mean BUSINESS and understand the value of TIME.
