Africa 2.0 in partnership with the Mo Ibrahim Foundation, African Media Leaders Forum and Femmes Africa Solidarite will be hosting a workshop themed "A business plan for Africa, from vision to execution" from the 6th - 8th of November 2013 in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. The aim of the event is to mobilize the Private Sector, Government, Civil Society and Regional Economic Communities to ponder Africa as a Company, and then formulate a Business Plan that will serve as a compass for the future direction of the continent by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and procedures within a clear and concise framework. To ensure the adoption of the said plan, a sequel gathering in partnership with the Olusegun Obasanjo foundation will be held - as a side event - during the African union summit in January 2014; with the aim of presenting it to African leaders. The series of events will culminate in May 2014 during the official closing of the 50th anniversary of the African Union were the final report will be presented.
