Africa is a tragic continent and corruption is the source and cause of all these:- Many of our young women attaining their puberty age/stage cant afford sanitory pad but our men and women in public office are using Ipad which many do not know how to use/operate. The tragedy of Africa is that we live in a continent and societies that celebrates thieves and velify {revile} good men and women. Our richest men/women are men and women who occupy public office. Its in the nature of man to hang the small thieves but promote the bigger thieves into power/public office-s.That is why Africa remains the poorest/pitiable continent on earth despite her resources, both human and natural.....Things fall apart when the center can no longer hold.
