Afrikan Politics Are Very Tribal! Beware of the Pitfalls of Tribalism.-Hayle Sellasse I. Afrikan Nationalist over the past century of the invention of Afrikan Continental Consciousness by the 19th Century Scholars confused Afrikan Nationalism and Cultural Revolution with Tribalism. Much as the Afrikan National Congress was founded more than 100 years ago to overcome the weakness of Tribalism and mobilize the Afrikan above it,tribal tendencies still characterize it. Tribalism is rife in the Pan Afrikan Congress of Azania and membership and Leadership turn to follow the tribal pattern. Pan Afrikanist of Xhosa origin find nothing wrong with a Xhosa King referring to a Zulu President as a Zulu Boy. Afrikan Nationalist of Zulu origin find nothing wrong with a Zulu President wanting to dethrone a Xhosa King. The Pan Afrikanist who claim the Zimbabwe President as a Pan Afrikanist see nothing wrong with the fact that he killed 20 000 People of a different Tribe from his and still claim Pan Afrikanism. The Greatest Genocide of the 19th Century is the Tribal Genocide of Rwanda between the Hutu and Tutsi, engineered or not,its the danger of Tribalism. Even the politics of repatriation in Ethiopia is laced with Tribalism. The Afrikan Diaspora who live in Ethiopia in Shashemane identify with the Amhara Ruling Class of the past Solomonic Dynasty while living in the land taken from the Oromo and living among the Oromo. The General Afrikan Diaspora identification with Afrika beyond Rastafari Movement also have Tribal identification with Afrika. You have the Afrikan Diaspora Teacher in South Afrika teaching about Yoruba and Akan instead of Sotho and Xhosa which is local because of Tribal affinity born on certain tribal concept of supremacy about that which he teaches above the local. The Afrikan who return to Afrika and dont speak Afrikan language yet insist on having teachings to teach is also imposing Anglo-Saxon Tribalism over the Afrikan Bantu Continentalhood.
