After 1 month and 2 weeks of waiting and no updates on a problem that hasnt been resolved, i do what a volcanic customer would do. I make sure everyone over the phone talking to me will not get away with it. Few days later shockingly, finally it has been planted in my home. Problem solved like a nicely baked cupcake. Aftermath: Maybe after few screaming my lungs out to different department managers this whole week, I think Singtel has blacklisted my name as *BEWARE TROUBLEMAKER*. Coz this morning,3 different officers talked to me over the phone treating me like Im The Sultan of Bruneis younger brother.
