After 18 Years of IBM now I’m part of a divestiture.. and a Great Working Experience is coming to an End. I have met a lot of Great People and some disappointing but for sure I lived in a“great place to work”. In my life since my birth I have been living in a continuous changing environment and this working experience has represented to me the only continuity…….. I received many interesting Job offerings that would have given to me more money but, because of this strong family feeling I was experiencing in these 18 Years, I did never decide for a Jump…. in lack of this courage now someone else has decided for me… . I’m really proud of these 18 Years experiences but at this time I look forward to start this New Chapter that I’m sure will provide me with new great opportunities. As Charles Darwin says: “It is not the strongest or the most intelligent who will survive but those who can best manage change”……… Since in my all life I have been living in a continuous changing environment I’m sure I will ride this big and interesting wave in the best way……. a Great Time is waiting for me... and my colleagues..
