After 2 days of no internet, sporadic electricity and now water rations, we at least have regained communications to the outside world. Water is now on 6-8 a.m. and 6-8 p.m., though they have yet to turn it on during the evening hours. We are thankful we have a pump and 800 liters of water. The kids have taken all this in stride, and continue to arrive at the center ready for fun and games. We went to the shelter yesterday and spent some time with the sweet children there. Alyosha is still in the hospital and has been transferred to Donetsk, but not before the kids were able to send him a video message and cards. We are also reminded of the times and place we live, and this shows just a sampling in our neighborhood.
