After 23 days, since notifying them. 4 times visiting the nearest PLDT office. 30 times calling their hotlines. I still do not have internet and telephone service from PLDT. No technicians are showing up. There are no efforts to contact us or give us target resolution dates. All I keep on hearing is their technicians will try to resolve the issue remotely. Wala nga service remotely nyo pa ireresolve? This is a callout to my colleagues in PLDT. Someone ought to take a look at this. Just look at your FB, twitter page. Minumura na kayo ng mga tao.
