After 3 horrible months of pain, therapy, loss of sleep, 7am appointments, and long drives to the surgery center, I have been given the all clear to resume living my life. I have regained 80% range of motion and 75% strength in my arm, but it will improve slightly with time. Thank you all for bearing with me through all this.
