After 5 years in Warsaw (not consecutive) it feels like second home to me. I would be in denial if I didnt admit that I will miss it greatly so in order to fool myself I have to think of all the positives I will be going to. Besides family and friends I am looking forward to personal space, 24h grocery shopping(Tesco doesnt count) where the carts dont have a mind of their own and someone bags your groceries and smiles and wishes you a Good Day ( I dont care if its fake), block parties, kids splash pads, library programs for kids, Starbucks drive-thru ( so when my boys are snoozing in their car seats I can get a Frappuccino). Chicago style pizza, Portillos, call in prescriptions, paying for gas at the pump, 8 lane highways, drive-thru banking, gift cards, 4th of July parades, outdoor malls, TARGET, parking spots for my car so I dont move the walls, real Mexican Food, buying in Bulk, coupons, dog owners picking up after their pets, the list goes on and on...feel free to add on to the list and make me more excited and willing to move back.
