After 6 visits for physio...and nearly 6 weeks with severe back ache plus an inflamed and swelling of achillies in my left foot...I am nearly walking again..but having a cat-scan on my spine next week...New exercises are beginning to help so can see good results soon ..hopefully....It is no joke getting old....but I dont do to badly for my age.....Got to get fit for Christmas in Brisbane.....and Hobart Tasmania in January/February next year for NSW..v..Tasmania 3 test lawn bowls series.....Time for bed and face another wonderful life tomorrow....Could be worse....I could owe the tax dept. money I dont have !!! nite nite....one love !!! :)
