After 6 years in business, I had my first complaint today regarding our Original Royalty Soap. We do NOT give refunds or exchanges on bath/body products. ESPECIALLY if you did NOT read the ingredient label BEFORE purchasing our Soaps. We have our ingredients listed on every single bar. Our ingredients are listed here in the note section. Anytime anyone has messaged us asking what are our ingredients are...we happily message the ingredients to them. We ARE NOT ASHAMED of our Soap Ingredients. WE ARE PROUD of our SOAPS! We do NOT, and have NEVER advertised them as ALL NATURAL. To be told I need to go on the internet and research the ingredients I use is offensive. DUH...I KNOW what ingredients I am using. I would never use an ingredient I had no clue what it is. Furthermore...our family uses NOTHING but our own soaps. WE wouldnt use creepy stuff on ourselves. Now...S-O-A-P is bought and used for CLEANSING. The fact that we add so many butters and oils...that is a bonus for your skin. If you purchase a soap and all it has is butters & oils for ingredients...it is NOT a true SOAP bar. It is a MOISTURIZING bar. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE! Having a fit over acids being in our soap...before you KNOW what they are is uncalled for. MYRISTIC ACID: A fat. Derived from nutmeg, palm oil, butter fat and spermacetin. STEARIC ACID: A fat that is derived from animals & vegetables. The Stearic Acid we purchase and use is a triple pressed palm stearic acid.
